I am now an assistant Solicitor at Chubb & Co having recently completed my training contract with the practice. My background was in litigation prior to joining Chubb & Co and I have carried this on by helping Paul Dalton to run some high value cases including one that was heard in the High Court. I can also help with Debt Recovery and dispute resolution such as construction disputes and property claims. I hold a Certificate in Employment Law which allows me to advise clients on all aspects of this constantly changing area of law which affects us all at some stage through our working lives. I have lived locally almost all my life and my local knowledge has helped me give clients specialist advice when I help them buy or sell properties in the area.

Away from work I am a keen cricketer and play for Matlock Cricket Club, I am a member of Matlock Golf Club and play there as often as I can. I also do my bit for local charities as an active member of Matlock Rotary Club. Email Peter

I can assist you with Will making, trust formations and many other private client legal issues.

I live in Crich, and my wife, Fiona, works as a physiotherapist in Matlock. I am Secretary to The Comrades Club (a social club in Crich), a scout leader for the 1st Crich Scouts, and a member of Two Valleys BNI (a business networking organization). I have three children and enjoy participating with and supporting them in their various sporting activities which include football, sailing and horse riding. Donna Masters Chubb and Co Solicitors

Donna Masters

I have lived and worked in Matlock all of my life. I was educated at Charles White Secondary School and before that the local primary school. I have worked for Chubb and Co since 2001. As a local person I have a great deal of understanding for the area and people living in Matlock.

I am currently training to be a Legal Executive and hold various qualifications in conveyancing. When fully qualified I hope to undertake conveyancing and probate work. I also deal with Right to Buy applications by tenants from the local Housing Association.

I have a friendly and approachable attitude towards work and clients and I welcome face to face contact with people to explain the conveyancing process in easily understandable language.

When I am not in work I spend most of my time with my family and friends. Email Donna
