Chubb and Co was formed by Nigel Chubb in 2001. Nigel trained in Derbyshire and spent most of his
working life as a solicitor in practice in the Derbyshire area. With his background in company law Nigel
created a company Chubblaw Limited and traded as Chubb and Co Solicitors.
Nigel specialised in services for the business community and wealthy individuals.
In 2006 Nigel decided to concentrate on corporate work and Paul Dalton formed Dalton Law Limited and this
company purchased the business of Chubb and Co from Chubb Law Limited and became a separate trading company.
It is this company that is run by Paul Dalton assisted by Sara Bailey.
Both Sara and Paul have many local connections and both live locally.
